Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were amazing with great size and a wonderful view, and the sound of the Deschutes River flowing by added to the experience. The service was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond my expectations. The location, although not initially impressive, turned out to be beautiful by the Deschutes River. However, the dining experience fell short with overpriced and lackluster options. Overall, a great place to stay with some room for improvement in dining.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, they were not vacuumed before our stay, with potato chip crumbs all over the floor. The outdated decor did affect the overall ambiance. The constant hissing noise from a running toilet made it hard to get a peaceful night's sleep. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and treated us well, even after a long motorcycle ride. The location, though slightly confusing with multiple sections to navigate, offered beautiful views by the river and convenient access to nearby areas. However, the dining options were lackluster, with sugary danishes and unremarkable fruit. Despite these setbacks, the hotel had some positive sides, like a clean pool area and the willingness of the service staff to address issues.
I had a lovely stay at The Riverhouse Hotel. The room was gorgeous and clean, but unfortunately, it wasn't ready at the specified check-in time. The service was mostly friendly, with some exceptions when moving rooms. The location by the Deschutes River was great, but a bit confusing with multiple hotel buildings. The dining experience left much to be desired with poorly cooked breakfast options. However, overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
